How are your pieces made?
Every piece is made to order just for you once your order is placed. Our logos are printed, not embroidered.
When will my order ship?
Because every piece is made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. We will email you tracking information as soon as it is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address, so you will see your shipping cost before you pay. There is no fixed shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, and some locations may not be available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Every piece is made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or size, so please check the size details before you order.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
We will make it right. Email info@iconicobsession.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will replace it. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us right away at info@iconicobsession.com with your order number. Because every piece is made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production begins, but we will do our best to help.
How do I choose my size?

How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care instructions on your item's label. Treat it like the investment it is.
Are the ICON Queen and ICON TV pieces official?
Yes. ICONIC Obsession is the official home of the ICON Queen and ICON TV collections, alongside our house collection, ICONIC Obsession.
