• Our production partner, which receives your name, shipping address, and order details to produce and ship your order

Email Marketing

Our sign-up forms include an optional checkbox for text messages. It is unchecked by default, and you can sign up for emails without checking it. If you check the box, you agree to the following:

• We send marketing texts only to people who have opted in, at the number they provided.
• Texts are recurring and may be sent using automated technology.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email info@iconicobsession.com.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages.

If you give us your phone number without opting in to text messages, we will not send you marketing texts. We may use it to contact you about an order you placed.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, "sales," or "sharing."
